Payment options

Please note that free subscription has NO TIME LIMITATION*, you only need to pay if you upgrade to one of our paid subscriptions. After the upgrade, you pay on a monthly or yearly basis. It’s up to you. Don’t worry, we will email you each year/month to remind you of your upcoming renewal. If you don’t want to renew your subscription, you can cancel at any time.

*Please note that you can use our free service until the end of the product lifetime.

Can I cancel during my free month period?

Besides the free option, you can use any Helpfordesk paid plan for 30 days before paying. If you already use a paid subscription, you can cancel before your renewal period anytime.

How can I switch from free to paid version of HelpforDesk?
